At krkmusic, we want to ensure your studio gear and audio equipment meet your professional standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your krkmusic account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the electronic equipment in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a valid return process.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
